Content Policy

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use ThumbCraft to generate: sexually explicit or pornographic content, content depicting violence or gore, content promoting hate speech or discrimination, content that infringes on copyrights or trademarks, content designed to deceive or mislead (deepfakes), or content that violates any applicable laws.

2. Reference Images

You are responsible for having the right to use any reference images you upload. Do not upload images of people without their consent. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not have rights to use.

3. AI Limitations

Google Gemini AI has built-in safety filters that may refuse to generate certain content. These filters are outside our control. If your request is blocked, try rephrasing your prompt.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right to review generated content and terminate accounts that repeatedly violate this policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
