1. Service Description
ThumbCraft is an AI-powered thumbnail generation service. We use Google Gemini AI to generate YouTube thumbnail images based on your inputs (titles, descriptions, reference images, and styling preferences).
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ThumbCraft. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person — sharing accounts is not permitted.
3. Credits & Payments
ThumbCraft operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing at any time. Unused credits do not expire.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of thumbnails generated using ThumbCraft. By using the service, you grant ThumbCraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use generated images for marketing and promotional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs (reference images, descriptions) do not infringe on third-party intellectual property.
5. AI-Generated Content
Thumbnails are generated by AI and may not always meet your expectations. We do not guarantee specific quality, accuracy, or suitability of generated images. AI outputs may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ThumbCraft to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
ThumbCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall ThumbCraft be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes and may require re-acceptance.
