1. Information We Collect

We collect: your email address (for authentication), generated thumbnail images, input data (titles, descriptions, prompts), usage history, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to: provide the thumbnail generation service, process payments, maintain your generation history, improve our service, and communicate important updates.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: AWS Cognito (authentication) and Amazon Aurora DSQL (database), both hosted in AWS us-east-1, Google Gemini AI (image generation — your prompts and reference images are sent to Google), Stripe (payment processing), and AWS S3 (image storage).

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. Images are stored in AWS S3 with private access. Database records are encrypted at rest and are reachable only from our servers, which scope every query to the signed-in account. All communications are encrypted via HTTPS.

5. Data Retention

Your generated images and history are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your theme preference and model selection. We use AWS Cognito session tokens for authentication, which are also kept in your browser's local storage. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, session duration, device type) to improve our service. Google Analytics uses cookies — you can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your data (via the app), request data deletion (via support), and withdraw consent by closing your account.
